After a rocky start with room allocation, the hotel redeemed itself by offering a better experience promptly. the property, beach, and location are fantastic - the free cabana was a nice touch. Although amenities such as activities, pools, and an inclusive resort fee were great, the process of reserving a cabana could be improved. Overall, the spacious room, comfortable beds, and helpful staff made for a memorable stay. Looking forward to returning in the future.
